We are excited to announce that we have completed a significant technology upgrade to our core banking system – the software that manages our major banking functions, including:
- Online Banking & Mobile Banking App
- Opening and managing accounts
- Originating and serving loans
- Processing cash deposits and withdrawals
- Maintaining account holder information
- Account statements
- Processing transactions
- And more
Why did we upgrade?
Our old banking system was an old platform, no longer able to keep pace with the changes and advances taking place in financial services technology. The new core banking system empowers our employees to serve members more effectively and efficiently, while also improving data management and business intelligence for the credit union. A better system means we will be better positioned to deliver remote services access as we expand our operations. And, at the end of the day, this upgrade adds value to you, the owners of the credit union.
What is “Systems Upgrade”?
The core data processing system is the software and supporting hardware that Seasons Federal Credit Union uses to maintain members' deposit and loan accounts, process transactions, and support services such as debit cards and online banking.
How does this Systems Upgrade benefit me?

Is my personal and financial information safe and secure?
Yes. The safekeeping of member account and personal information is the Credit Union's top priority. Personal data and account information will be safe and secure throughout the entire systems upgrade process.
Will my account number change?
No. Your account number will not change after systems upgrade.
Will I need to get a different debit card?
No, your debit card will not change and all current debit cards will continue to work normally after systems upgrade.
Will my Statement or eStatement change after Systems Upgrade?
Yes, your statements and eStatements will have a new, updated look after Systems Upgrade! eStatements will still be accessed via Online Banking, although the layout may look a bit different. Unfortunately, you will not be able to view your eStatement history prior to Systems Upgrade in Online Banking. ALL members will receive a paper statement mailed to the address on the account for the August statement cycle.
