2022 Virtual Annual Meeting of Members

Wednesday, June 29, 2022
4pm EST


The 2022 Annual Meeting will be held virtually on June 29, 2022 at 4pm. Due to the continuation of COVID-19 pandemic, we will be conducting our Annual Meeting virtually through the Zoom App. This year’s Annual Meeting of Members will be a brief business meeting. Interested members are invited to attend the business meeting to discuss the previous year, hear from credit union leadership, and vote for the Board of Directors.

2022 Board of Directors Elections

Each member of the Seasons Federal Credit Union Board of Directors serves a 3-year term. Each year the Nominating Committee nominates candidates to fill expiring terms or vacant positions. For 2022, there are three (3) nominees to fit the three (3) available positions on the Board of Directors.

Scott Coleman
Scott has served on the Board of Directors for 13 years and he presently serves as a Director. He has been a resident of Old Lyme since 1998 and is currently employed at Pratt and Whitney since 2001.

Nicholas Cook
Nick has served on the Board of Directors for 11 years and he presently serves as the Vice Chairperson. He owns a small IT consulting  rm that focuses on supporting schools and non-pro t organizations in the Hartford area. He is active in the community and enjoys volunteering on multiple boards and advisory committees.

Meghann E. LaFountain
Meghann presently serves as a Director on the Board of Directors. She is the owner of LaFountain Immigration Law, LLC, in Middletown, CT and lives in Meriden, CT. She has been practicing immigration law for over nine years. She is Vice Chair of the CT Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Treasurer of the Middlesex County Bar Association, and Chair of the Middlesex County United Way Women’s Initiative.
