The 2021 Annual Meeting will be held virtually on June 23, 2021 at 4pm. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be conducting our Annual Meeting virtually through the Zoom App. This year’s Annual Meeting of Members will be a brief business meeting. Interested members are invited to attend the business meeting to discuss the previous year, hear from credit union leadership and vote for the Board of Directors.

2021 Board of Directors Elections
Each member of the Seasons Federal Credit Union Board of Directors serves a 3-year term. Each year the Nominating Committee nominates candidates to fill expiring terms or vacant positions. For 2021, incumbent William Howard has been nominated to fill the one 3-year Board positions open for election.
William Howard has been affiliated with the Board of Directors since 2005. He presently serves as a Director. Bill is a resident of Middletown and is of counsel with the law firm of Howard McMillan & Tycz in Middletown.
