Each year, we hold an Annual Meeting and invite all Seasons FCU members to attend. The Annual Meeting is a time for your Board of Directors and Seasons FCU management to report to you as well as an opportunity for you to learn about Seasons FCU’s financial position. The Annual Meeting is also a time to vote for the Board of Directors.
This year’s annual event will be a hybrid meeting. You have a choice to either attend: A.) virtually on Zoom, or B.) in person at our Middletown Branch, 524 South Main Street, Middletown, CT 06457 (limited seating available). Details for registering are below.

In Person

2024 Board of Directors Elections
Each member of the Seasons Federal Credit Union Board of Directors serves a 3-year term. Each year the Nominating Committee nominates candidates to fill expiring terms or vacant positions. For 2024, there is one (1) nominee to fit the one (1) available position on the Board of Directors.
William Howard
William Howard has been affiliated with the Board of Directors since 2005. He presently serves as a Director. Bill is a resident of Middletown and is of counsel with the law firm of Howard McMillan & Tycz in Middletown.
