Press 2 when you reach the menu
When using Voiceline for the first time, be sure to have your social security number and listen to the menu to set up your initial Personal Identification Number (PIN). The system will ask you to enter your date of birth to confirm your account.
Once you have established a Voiceline account, follow these simple steps:
- When you reach the first menu, press 2 for Voiceline
- Enter your social security number
- Enter your four digit PIN
- Follow directions as prompted by the system
