Middletown PrideFEST Gift Card Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to all who enter our contact form and are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Seasons Federal Credit Union, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Seasons Federal Credit Union as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted starting at 12:00 PM EST and ending at 8:00 PM EST on June 1, 2024.

How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by visiting the Seasons Federal Credit Union vendor booth at the Middletown PrideFEST and submit your contact information through the iPad (email, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Address). The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Seasons Federal Credit Union. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Seasons Federal Credit Union.

Prizes: Participants are allowed a total of one (1) submission to participate in the Giveaway. Entries must be submitted by giveaway deadline provided in the original post. This giveaway is intended solely for viewing and participation in the United States and shall be construed solely under United States federal, state, and local laws.

Four winners will be chosen to win one (1) of the following gift cards:

• First prize:                     $200 Best Buy Gift Card
• Second prize:            $150 Best Buy Gift Card
• Third prize:                 $100 Champs Sports Gift Card
• Fourth prizes:           (3) $50 Gas Gift Cards

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Seasons Federal Credit Union. Winner will be notified by email and/or by phone number by Monday, June 10, 2024. Seasons Federal Credit Union shall have no liability for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time of email send and phone call, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with these terms and conditions and any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT SEASONS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION ‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 

Terms & Conditions: Seasons Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Seasons Federal Credit Union’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Seasons Federal Credit Union may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Seasons Federal Credit Union. Seasons Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Official Rules. Seasons Federal Credit Union has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Seasons Federal Credit Union reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Seasons Federal Credit Union and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her/their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (v) misuse or misappropriation of your likeness.
