Your mortgage account may potentially show as past due
Seasons Federal Credit Union partners with Midwest Loan Services to perform the servicing of your mortgage loan, which means they take your payments, pay your taxes and insurance, and handle any questions you may have about your loan. Recently, Midwest Loan Services completed a system conversion that has caused an issue with providing the most up to date information on your account within our Online & Mobile Banking platforms.
If you made a payment to your Mortgage in November, your mortgage account may potentially show as past due within your online banking even if you’ve made a payment.
We are aware that your mortgage account may be reflecting past due even after you have made a payment. Please note that this does not mean that your mortgage is past due, the up-to-date balance and payment information is not displaying in online banking at this time. Midwest Loan Services will not report your loan as past due to the credit bureaus if you have made your payment on time. We are working as quickly as possible to fix this issue with our partners.
If you would like to contact Midwest Loan Services directly to confirm any information about your loan or payments while we are working to update account information, you are welcome to do so. You can do this in two ways:
- Option 1: Contact Midwest Loan Services directly at (800) 262-6574 to confirm your payment has been made.
- Option 2: You can sign into your Midwest Loan Services mortgage account within Midwest’s website (https://midwestloanservices.com/). New users can register by selecting “Borrower Registration” at the top of the page. You will need your Midwest loan number and basic personal information to sign up.
You are still able to make your mortgage loan payments within Online or Mobile Banking, but you will not see it reflecting paid within your account until the issue is fixed. Your account will still show past due, although you made your payment. If you want to confirm your payment is made, please visit the Midwest Loan Services website to see the most up to date information about your mortgage loan account and tax information.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and will continue to communicate necessary information to you as we know more. Thank you for your patience during this time.
