We believe paying your loan payments should be easy and hassle-free. That’s why we give you a number of ways to make your monthly payment.

ONLINE BANKING

Transfer funds manually from any account with online banking. Set up automatic transfers or external transfers from your primary financial institutions information. This allows you to set up recurring transfers from your accounts and automate your loan payments.

MOBILE BANKING APP

Mobile banking app gives you easy access to your account information right from your phone. With just a few taps, you can deposit a check from another financial institution or transfer money between your accounts.

PAY ONLINE WITH A DEBIT CARD

Use your debit card to make paying your Seasons loan fast, easy, and convenient. There is a $4.95 convenience fee applied to the transaction.

PAY IN BRANCH

You can make payments using a Cash, Check, or Debit Card Cash Advance at any Seasons FCU branch location.

BRANCH NIGHT DROPS

Using our branch night drops, you can make payments at a time that is convenient for you. Please use an envelope and write your account information and the amount of money that you are depositing or paying. If you are depositing checks, verify that you have endorsed them correctly. Deposits will be processed the next business day.

CALL CENTER

You can call us at (860) 346-6614 during our regular business hours and make several different types of loan payment requests. We can make one-time transfers to pay your loan. You can also request that a recurring payment be setup to automatically pay your loan from a Seasons FCU account. You can make one-time expedited loan payments over the phone with your debit card from another financial institution. There is a $4.95 convenience fee applied to the transaction.

DIRECT DEPOSIT

Setting up a direct deposit between your employer and your Seasons Federal Credit Union accounts can be the perfect way to make weekly or biweekly loan payments.

Do I have a grace period on my loan payment?

Yes, there is a payment grace period for our loans. The number of days depends on the type of loan you have. Please refer to your loan documents regarding grace periods for more information. As long as the full payment is made within the grace period of the due date there will be no late fee added. If the payment is made outside of the grace period a late fee will be applied to the loan.
